Quilt is a high-growth startup on a mission to move humanity off of fossil fuel heating to fight climate change.
We’re building the next generation, beautifully designed ductless heat pumps and a delightful customer experience.
We are seeking experienced candidates with a desire to grow to install our ductless mini split heat pumps.
We are a customer-focused company and top-tier customer service is as much a part of the job as technical skills.
*Qualifications*
* 3+ years experience as an HVAC installer or technician.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Experience with Bay Area building codes is a bonus.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Able to lift 50+ pounds, stand, bend, stoop, reach and climb ladders.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Ability to pass background check and drug screen required.
* Authorized to work in the U.

*Responsibilities*
* Perform on-site installation and start-up of our Quilt ductless systems.
* Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
* Troubleshoot and perform repairs and replacements on ductless systems.
* Ensure site safety and compliance with codes.
* Conduct quality control checks on jobs to ensure high-quality results

This role is a full-time, onsite position based out of our Redwood City headquarters and located at customer sites across the Bay Area.
