00 an hour on average (combination of base and incentives) Position Overview: As a Service Plumber/Salesperson, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or products.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct plumbing assessments, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions.
Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
Educate customers on plumbing issues and recommend appropriate services or products.
Generate sales leads and upsell additional plumbing services.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions.
Uphold the company's commitment to exceptional customer service.
Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of 7 years of plumbing experience.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Sales experience and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
