We are looking for a process-driven and experienced painter to join our team.
You'll be responsible for visiting homes and businesses to perform interior and exterior paint jobs, including touch-ups on old paint, filling in drywall holes, and mixing paint colors.
The ideal candidate has great communication skills, is familiar with scaffold assembly, using hand and power tools, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean space.

Responsibilities:
Erect scaffolding when required
Get surfaces ready to be painted by sanding away old paint and filling holes and cracks with putty
Cover trim, fixtures, furniture, and floors to protect them from paint
Talk with clients to understand their needs and help them make the best decision
Leave the work area clean once the project has been completed
Communicate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on the right approach
Coat painted surfaces with primer or sealer
Qualifications:
Stamina, standing for long periods of time, dexterity, and physical strength is required
Preference for candidates with 2+ years work experience and completed apprenticeship, but not required
You MUST be able to wear a respirator for extended periods of time
You MUST have reliable transportation
Willing to work nights on occasion
Willing to travel
Candidates should have strong time management, communication skills, and attention to detail
Experience with painting tools and techniques is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates
High school diploma or GED preferred
Driver’s license required
You MUST complete the DISC assessment, otherwise, you will NOT be considered for the position.
