General Superintendent

General Superintendent Client looking for a Sr.
Superintendent to help us grow our construction self performance crew.
This person will be the first member of the team and will work directly with the Vice President of Construction to develop processes, tooling and equipment requirements, and staffing plan to efficiently and simultaneously install multiple volumetric factory-built ADUs in the Bay Area.
The successful candidate will ultimately manage a team of construction professionals responsible for receiving and rigging ADU buildings, foundations construction, underground utilities installation, deck building and miscellaneous site construction work.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Site safety and environmental compliance, including develop and implement SSSP * Site feasibility assessment * Ensure construction conforms to quality expectations and specifications * Support cost estimations by developing scopes of work, including ROM material and labor requirements * Warehouse layout and management * Identify equipment and tool requirements for construction * Personnel recruiting and management for construction labor * Work with leadership to identify and achieve productivity targets * Manage master schedule of construction * Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely deliver of product * Coordinate local AHJ inspections * Manage vendor relationships with key suppliers * Develop construction standards and procedures * Implement fleet management system for vehicles and equipment Job Type: Full-time Salary: $100,000.
00 - $130,000.
