Need help of a professional hardwood installation team with C-15 license, truck and tools to install ~700 sq.
ft of hardwood flooring.
The job is using double glue-down method and includes the following: Demo - Demo old engineering flooring 1/2 in thick glued on top of the concrete slab (~500 sq.
ft) - Demo old tile (~200 sq.
ft) Prepare the Floor - Run concrete floor leveling grinder machine to remove remaining old glue and level the floor - Use self-leveling compound in the areas where tile was to create new concrete slab matching other areas Installation - Glue down ~700 sq.
Ft of FloorMuffler underpayment from Home Depot to the concrete slab - Glue down 5in wide, 3/4in solid hardwood floor on top of the underpayment $3500 or best offer ($1,000 for demo and haul away + $2,500 for hardwood installation at ~$3.
