You will accrue up to 56 hours annually of sick pay, beginning the first day of employment.

Four Tribes is in search of a Construction Quality Control Manager with a minimum of 5 years of QC experience on federal government construction projects with civil engineering background.
Must be hands on, self motivated, and ready to work.
Candidates must have:
Minimum 5 years of Quality Control experience on federal government construction projects- heavy civil engineering background
Must be USACE QCM certified.
Ability to follow company standards.
Must be a United States Citizen and be able to pass a Government Security Check.
Strong communications skills, verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills.
Aptitude to build strong relations with customers.
Proficiency in prioritizing and deadline management.
Ability to plan, prepare, and analyze documents.
Ability to write submittals, RFI’s and work plans.
Monitor all materials to ensure items match submittals and be prepared to reject.
