Noah Medical is seeking a talented multi-disciplinary program manager to ensure successful outcomes for new products within the Operations organization.
In this role, your contributions will drive quality, speed to market, productivity, production volumes, scaling of manufacturing operations, and profitability.

A Day In The Life Of Our NPI Program Manager
Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of Noah Medical operational project activities for new product introduction.
Collaborate with the key stakeholders and leadership team to define, manage and own program scope.
Work closely with Mfg, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Service, etc.
to analyze and make appropriate tradeoffs between product features, manufacturability, and cost
Develop and manage the detailed program schedule.
Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones.
Work closely with NPI counterparts to ensure prototypes, supplier and manufacturing activities are scheduled and tracked appropriately
Understand and communicate how program goals fit into broader organizational goals and prioritize tasks/schedule accordingly.
Develop a risk management plan for the program.
Identify, analyze, and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan.
Estimate, acquire and assign cross functional program resources.
Provide direct feedback to functional managers.
Develop and execute communications management plan for program team, key stakeholders, and business leaders
Proven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross functional team environment
Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful with the ability to drive to a solution
About You
B.
S.
in ME/EE/Biomed or equivalent engineering discipline required
M.
S.
in ME/EE//Biomed or equivalent engineering discipline is preferred
7+ years of experience in the Mfg / NPI environment in medical devices or similarly regulated fields.
2+ years of project mgmt experience in the Mfg / NPI environment
Understanding of manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering roles throughout the product development process
Understanding of fundamentals of robotics preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Project and/or other project management tools
Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location.
Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed.
Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.
