Construction Foreman - Turf Installation, Landscaping, Hardscape VETERANS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY Bastion Construction Services Inc.
("Bastion"), an established General Engineering Contractor specializing in Synthetic Turf installations, is looking for Construction Foreman to join our roster of highly qualified and competent team members.
Non-Exempt hourly rate of pay of $28.
00 per hour and up (DOE) being offered for this position, commensurate with and negotiable within company's pay structure depending on experience and appropriate skill level - no company benefits.
Work encompasses small, medium, and large projects primarily throughout California with focus on large sports fields Synthetic Turf Installations as well as Commercial and Residential Full Scale Landscape/Hardscape Systems.
*YOU* * *Posses a valid California Driver's License and clean driving record.

* Bi-Lingual English/Spanish - reading, writing, and speaking both languages a plus.
Ideal candidate will be reliable/punctual individuals with Landscape, Hardscape, Turf installations and maintenance experience.
Some of the skills, tasks, and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Manage multiple crews at different locations * Clean driving record as this position may operate company vehicle * Concrete: Set Grades, Form, Pour, Finish, Cure * Hardscapes: Brick, Pavers, DG, Flatwork, Retaining Walls * Veneer and Stone Work - flatwork, wall work, columns, etc.
* Irrigation installation and repair * Ability to build decks, fences, pergolas, and other outdoor structures, etc.
* Drainage systems: excavation, pipe install and connections, backfill & grading.
* Landscaping - reading plans and specifications; planting trees, foliage, flowering plants, ground cover, shrubs, etc.
; walkway and planter borders; stone and paver placement; retaining walls.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to submit to lawful background check and drug test.
