Painter

Travels between Gym locations and performs these Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks - Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment - Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results - Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter and ensure clean work environment - Repair and maintain painting equipment and tools - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment Qualifications: - Proven experience as a painter or similar role - Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials - Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in painting - Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities - Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects as required Note: Experience with drywall, remodeling, welding, airless paint spraying, or maintenance person skills are a plus.
