Pacific Power & Systems is looking for a highly motivated Electrical Foreman to join our team.
The Electrical Foreman is primarily responsible for supervising and coordinating all the workings at a job site including a crew of electricians and apprentices.
An individual in this role will establish and adjust work timelines to meet the construction schedule for the project and organize and coordinate all project materials and equipment.
Must be organized, self-driven, motivated team player capable of thinking for him/herself as well as your team.
We offer $90 per hour, or prevailing wage of job site jurisdiction for this full-time position, Monday/Friday.

Paid Holidays Paid Vacation What this Role Will Do: Ensure work is performed safely.
Safety topics and safety sign in completed weekly.
PPE and all safety codes are strictly enforced.
Job planning and execution.
Becoming familiar with Job scope, specs and prints from pre-construction through end of job.
Looking ahead and ordering enough material to always keep your crew productive.
Working closely with the GC and your PM to make sure job goes smoothly.
Identifying potential change orders and getting that info to your PM for processing.
Properly documenting as-builts through the course of the job.
Filling out all required paperwork in a timely fashion (look-ahead, timesheets, RFI’s, daily reports, etc.
) You’ll be a great fit if you have: Current CA electrician certification with a current Journeyman card.
Current CA driver’s license.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training preferred.
Have a minimum of (2) years’ experience as a journeyman electrician preferred.
