Construction Foreman

Growing organization seeking working foreman with 5 years of minimum experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Must obtain a minimum of a OSHA 10 certification and have competent training experience and safe orientated leadership qualities of a crew in a productive manner.
The work area will be in the Northern California market, starting in the Bay Area of California.
The applicant must obtain the following: * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills * Excellent communication abilities to effectively coordinate with team members, sub-contractors, clients and project managers.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and plans.
* Sound knowledge of construction techniques, materials and safety regulations.
* Problem-solving skills to address issues that arise on-site promptly.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
* Familiarity with relevant construction software and tools for scheduling, budgeting and reporting.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $33.
73 - $40.
