Experienced Journeyman Carpenter Full-Time Position SF/Peninsula (san mateo)

We are a small, established General Contractor, specializing in high rise retirement center and Hotel/Hospitality renovations.
PCCI is a General Contractor looking to fill a long-term/Full-Time position for an experienced Journeyman Carpenter.
The ideal candidate should be: • Skilled in both wood framing, metal stud framing & finish carpentry • comfortable working with a team as well as independently, is proactive with a problem-solving mindset and enjoys doing a little bit of everything in the construction field.
Can follow directions given by supervisors.
• Labor work such as demolition and cleanup of jobsite as needed.
• Clean Record- and be Able to pass a Live Scan background check.
• Polished, organized and on time.
• Can multitask.
• Have vehicle and basic hand tools.
• Fluent in English with great communication skills ( Spanish a plus) • Clean DMV record.
Description of typical work: • Bathroom and kitchen demolition.
Metal and wood stud framing, Prehung door installation, interior trim installation, cabinet installation, hardware install… • Supervision of Subcontractors.
• All work is in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties.
At least 5 years of related experience preferred.
Must have a reliable transportation.
