Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee plumbing projects from inception to completion.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with our team of plumbers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
The Project Coordinator must be fascinated with the trajectory of their career within Caccia Plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule plumbing projects, including material procurement, manpower allocation, and subcontractor management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
Prepare project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, troubleshoot problems, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and identifying areas for cost savings.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project workflows and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate project records, including timelines, budgets, and correspondence.
Sets clear, concise direction for department personnel by sharing the vision, the mission of the Company, and the company goals while developing the next set of leaders in the Company from field technicians.
Implements Best Practice SOP's for company operation in a timely manner with a positive attitude that preserves established processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
1+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the construction or plumbing industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, subcontractors, and municipalities.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of plumbing systems and construction processes is preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
