Full-time plus - Hiring Now · Must have reliable transportation preferably a truck · Must have basic hand tools · Great organizational skills Hours are Mon–Fri 7-8:00 am- 5:00 pm ABOUT US: We are a general contracting company that specializes in Fire and Water damage rebuild.
We pride ourselves in creating a professional and clean working environment.
In house we perform demo, rough/finish carpentry, flooring, basic electrical and plumbing, painting and some drywall.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: The right person to join our growing team is someone who values the work they are doing and will work on each home as if it were their own.
This is a role that requires a broad understanding of residential construction and customer communication.
Applicant must show the ability and an appreciation for high-level building, where patience and an eye for detail are paramount.
The right candidate will be able to work alongside others, willing to teach trade skills to others on the job, and be able to be productive and efficient with finishing tasks on time.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: · Minimum 10+ years relevant experience in all aspects of residential remodeling · Must have 5+ years experience in project management · Must have extensive plan reading background · Framing and basic plumbing and electrical knowledge · Ability to supervise a crew of up to 4.
· Ability to stay on schedule and complete daily tasks · Must be able to give a material list 2 days in advance to needing them · Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus · Fire reconstruction experience is a plus · Must be familiar with all up to date building codes
