Concrete Foreman

Responsibilities: • Drive to job sites daily to supervise and oversee work being done • Ensure that all construction activities align with the project plans • Read and interpret blueprints accurately • Manage the activity of the crew and promote a team-oriented environment • Coordinate with the General Contractor (GC) and other trades to ensure seamless operations • Operate heavy equipment such as Excavators, Bobcats, etc.
, as required • Maintain a professional demeanor and be a trustworthy point of contact for the team and clients Requirements: • Must possess a reliable vehicle and a valid California driver’s license • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English • Proven experience in concrete construction • Ability to read and understand blueprints • Experience in managing a crew and working collaboratively with other trades • Experience operating heavy machinery • Trustworthy, professional, and a strong team player Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.
