Mon-Friday 7:00pm-12:30am
General Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
• Customer Service Skills
• General cleaning skills
• Empty all waste receptacles and replace plastic liners as needed
• Use custodial equipment, supplies, and take proper cleaning procedures
• Vacuum, sweep and mop
• Dust all horizontal surfaces including desktops, chairs, tables, and other furnishings
• Sanitize and remove fingerprints and marks from switch plates and door frames
• Disinfect all common areas
• Maintain restrooms (clean, sanitize and restock)
• Physical exertion: To lift, bend, stoop and/or move 25 pounds
• Build strong working relationships with management, staff, and employees (members of the team).
• Report Daily- Provide a daily status report of performances and quality assurance checks.
• Arrive at the property on time and professionally ready to perform job duties.
• Perform cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
• Follow all safety and personnel rules, policies, and regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Must speak fluent English
• Cleaning/Janitorial experience: Training Available
