storage/use of my camper van (San Bruno)

I have been trying to sell my van conversion before I head back to the east coast, BUT NOW I’m considering the option of parking it with someone who would be interested in using it as a spare bedroom and/or a weekend adventure vehicle.
It’s old quirky ‘89 ford econoline e150 but I’ve replaced engine and it runs great w low miles.
It even passed smog!! It can comfortably sleep 3 adults on a queen bed and futon.
Has a camp stove and ice chest in the back for food preparations .
Parking would be in exchange for the use of van.
I visit the Bay Area at least once a year or so, and would use for a few weeks or month when I do.
