I am a 26 year old male who has just taken a job for a home builder in San Ramon.
I am looking for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment, ADU, or house for myself.
I am particularly interested in options near downtown Walnut Creek and have a maximum budget of $2,000 per month.
I will commute to the office during weekdays, and often be out during the day on weekends.
I am friendly, hardworking, and handy.
I keep very clean and would be respectful of the space.
