Seeking 2 bedroom in Santa Rosa (santa rosa)

I am a senior and i am going to be raising my grandson.
I Need a 2 bedroom, small house, condo, or ground floor apartment in a safe area.
I would like parking near the entrance, as I sometimes use a cane.
I have good credit, i was a homeowner but now rent, and have good references.
I do not smoke, nor do i have pets.
I have to have something long-term.
I can pay $1600.
00 a month comfortable.
I am clean and will be an excellent tenant.
I was an apartment manager of 360 units for 15 years, and, would be interested in a management position of a small property.
