Llive in trailer 1 year (Concord)

I am seeking a spot where I can live in my camper trailer for about a year in order to save money and acquire permanent housing.
If you have a place where I could hook up water & electricity, which I will pay for.
Maybe some land you need a trusting soul to watch over and give you a report.
