Looking for Property to Park a Fifth Wheel (novato)

Hello, I will be buying a fifth wheel and I am looking for someone's land to park it on and live full time.
I am a woman with a cat mid 30's.
The land would hopefully already be set up for an 40-45ft RV to be parked.
If it wasn't set up for an RV already, I would be able to facilitate a crew to set that up.
I am looking for a space right away in the month of April.

I do have a cat that will be living with me.
