Looking for auto shop to lease or purchase (berkeley)

Looking for an auto repair shop to lease or purchase in Berkeley, Albany or El Cerrito.
Will evaluate Alameda, San Pablo and Richmond on a case-by-case basis.
No Oakland.
Must accommodate at least 6 lifts, minimum 14' ceiling height.
Ideally would have some space to park vehicles overnight (doesn't have to be attached to the shop as long as it's secured).
