PLM is looking for an accomplished and dynamic Sales Manager to elevate our sales efforts to new heights.
As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in recuring, aligning, and retaining Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Your primary responsibilities include driving growth, cultivating relationships with team members and clients, and providing strategic guidance to achieve departmental goals.

*Sales Director Responsibilities:*
* Recruit, align, and retain remote Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
* Hire, On Board, Retain, & Fire Sales Reps, grow the team from 1 to 100.
* Oversee and support the Remote Sales Team, suggesting plans and strategies.
* Drive growth and lead the remote sales team to achieve targets.
* Foster relationships with team members and clients.
* Oversee and support the sales team, suggesting plans and strategies.
* Conduct regular meetings with the sales team and offer one-on-one coaching.
* Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
* Onboard new sales reps following established systems and processes.
* Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients.
* Continuously enhance skills to increase performance and income opportunities.
* Contribute to the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
* Adapt to changes as required by management.

*Sales Director Requirements:*
* Strong leadership with 3+ years in leading a team of sales reps.
* Passion for automotive industry and/or performance automotive parts
* Deep understanding of e-commerce sales, phone sales, marketing.
* Proven sales, cold calling, customer service, or marketing experience.
* High level of drive to succeed in sales.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
* Good time management and analytical skills.
