The Sales Operations Core Solutions team of Meta Reality Labs is seeking an experienced and motivated Solutions Architect.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and deploying cutting-edge sales tools and systems to support critical sales capabilities and drive business success.
Solutions Architect, Reality Labs Sales Operations Responsibilities:
Diligently document and cross-train team members on new and evolving systems.
Design robust systems and solutions to enhance operational scale, efficiency, and data-driven insights, aligned with the evolving needs of our growing business.
Program manage the technical design and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with our business roadmap and priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, driving effective prioritization and sequencing of critical work to achieve business goals.
Work closely with engineering teams to plan half-yearly roadmaps that align with business priorities and available capacity.
Design operational and maintenance processes, ensuring ongoing support, further development, and comprehensive documentation for all solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience leading complex technical programs from initiation to completion.
8+ years of experience in building technology solutions in enterprise sales organizations
Proficient understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema, SQL
Experience working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with forecasting processes and system integrations.
Clear communication skills across engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
Experience architecting, designing, and building complex solutions, with a focus on Salesforce, particularly using Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
Strong problem-solving skills individually and in group settings, with a deep understanding of business drivers.
