As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented and experienced Partner Programs Leader to join our team and lead our global partner program and initiatives globally region.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Programs Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for the continued evolution of the global partner program executing on strategic initiatives, incremental partner growth, partner engagement, enablement, and program governance.
The ideal candidate will have a background in channels and alliance program development and management, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, partner executives, and industry analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Program Development:
Manage global channel program aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
Develop strategies to incent, enable, and develop new and existing channel partners
Execute and integrate partner incentive programs and promotions driving partner growth, performance and loyalty.
Work cross functionally to operationalize the partner program across stakeholders, back-office workflows, communications, and partner engagement mechanisms.
Manage partner portal content supporting partner self-service and experience.
Partner Enablement:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to publish and communicate ongoing enablement and training materials and resources for partners.
Provide coordination for enablement events with internal teams driving program compliance and developing partner success on positioning Qualys, product features, value propositions, and effective sales strategies.
Optimize internal processes improving partner experience providing partners with the necessary tools for success.
Performance Analysis:
Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel programs regularly assessing program outcomes and effectiveness.
Analyze partner performance data to identify compliance, trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide regular reporting to leadership on the success and impact of channel programs.
Conduct quarterly program governance oversight notifying partners of gaps, upgrades; provide internal guidance on program challenges, needs, or opportunities.
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
Support Partner Advisory Councils evennts fostering two-way communication and actioning feedback.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of channel programs with overall business strategies and back office workflows.
Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
+2 years proven experience in channel program management with software or SaaS technology company.
Cybersecurity experience preferable.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to translate them into effective channel programs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
