*Position Overview:* As a Marketing Coordinator/Client Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our real estate team by managing marketing initiatives and providing top-notch concierge services to our clients.
This multifaceted position requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate and marketing.
*Responsibilities:* * *Marketing Coordination:* * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative marketing strategies.
* Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.
* Coordinate the production of high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* *Client Concierge Services:* * Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met throughout the buying or selling process.
* Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and other appointments.
* Assist clients with paperwork and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* *Administrative Support:* * Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including calendar management, data entry, and file organization.
* Assist with event planning and coordination for client appreciation events and open houses.
* Manage and update client databases and contact lists.
*Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
* Proven experience in marketing and/or client services, preferably in the real estate industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools/platforms.
* Familiarity with the Bay Area real estate market is a plus.
*Salary:* $67,865.
00 - $90,000.
