Facebook is seeking a Global Program Manager for its Small & Medium Business (SMB) Programs team to develop and manage multi-billion dollar programs that drive growth of our product family across Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
The ideal candidate has experience owning revenue targets, driving product growth and leading go to market initiatives as well as strong problem solving and program management skills.
The role of the Global Program Manager will be to design, test, and scale global programs that address the needs of Small & Medium businesses.
Success in this position requires the ability to set & own a strategic roadmap, the ability to translate consumer and data-driven insights into solutions and the ability to effectively lead cross-functional groups.
Program Manager, Small Business Responsibilities:
Manage, expand and optimize global program strategy to drive business growth with end-to-end ownership from ideation to goal attainment
Develop business plans, customer and market insights, and analyze program effectiveness.
Understand, identify and execute against Revenue and ROI opportunities across the portfolio.
Lead large, global, cross-functional teams including sales, demand, marketing, data science, and product to drive program execution.
Drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholders including executives.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent work experience
8+ years of work experience in sales, service, marketing, consulting, design or product/program management
Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive results
Experience problem solving and communicating about issues with individual stakeholders and teams
Experience thinking analytically and strategically about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders
Experience being a “connector” across teams and leading a program against KPIs through to completion
Experience influencing regional operations, analytics, and marketing teams through an understanding of business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters or MBA
Experience working with global teams
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
Experience with customer lifecycle & loyalty programs
