*Job Title: *_*Marketing/Community Liaison*_ *Reporting to: *_*Director of Business Development*_ *Classification: *_*Regular Full-Time*_ Responsible for developing accounts and establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns.
Adhering to the policies and procedure of the organization and maintain proper knowledge of the industry.
Participates in public and corporate activities, as directed.
*POSITION REQUIREMENTS* 1.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; 2.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare sales, healthcare marketing, medical sales or referral development position is required, 3.
Demonstrates excellent communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
*JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES* * Build census through strategic marketing and sales * Secure and maintain long-standing, valuable customer relationships * Identify, develop, and manage referral sources * Coordinate with internal marketing team to successfully develop territory and referral opportunities * Be involved in planning and implementing marketing strategy to successfully service, develop, and maintain relationships with physicians, nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, clinics, and other healthcare organizations in the area * Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key referral opportunities, services provided, and proposal or contract pricing * Coordinate with marketing team to execute communications plans, referral strategy, develop new health care programs and materials * Report marketing activity to direct supervisor, coordinate visits with marketing team, and report results in the current established monitoring system.
* Identifies and coordinates opportunities to provide in-service training to referral sources.
Attends and participates in assigned trade shows.
Sets up booth, moves boxes of marketing materials and display wall containers.
* Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel * Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided by the organization * Monitors and reports cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts.
* Maintains professional and ethical relationships with staff, referral sources, community resources, patients, patient families, and other visitors *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS* While performing the duties of this job, the staff is frequently required to: be mobile, sit, stand, talk & hear in person or on the phone, do repetitive motions or utilize fingers/hands/wrists for typing documentation; have visual acuity to perform activities such as but not limited to: make patient assessments, operate equipment, transcribe, work on a computer terminal, take measurements.
The staff is occasionally required to bend, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, twist/turn, balance, grasp, pinch, push/pull and/or lift/carry weights up to 50 lbs.
*ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS * Staff is subject to: both inside and outside environmental conditions; providing services in a variety of environments; driving in various weather conditions on roads in varying degrees of repair.
