*Minimum Qualifications:*
* *Education:* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in translation, linguistics, international/multilingual marketing, or a similar field.
* *Experience:*
* 3+ years of experience in software localization or translation/review for tech companies.
* Experience working under pressure, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* *Skills:*
* Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of Spanish slang, phraseologies, and cultural nuances.
* Experience with e-commerce websites and apps, with knowledge of retail online platforms.
* Proven experience translating and localizing software applications.
* Experience with localization platforms, file formats, and CAT tools to manage the translation workflow.
*Additional Requirements:*
* Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
*While not essential, the following are preferred qualifications that could strengthen an application:*
* Master's degree (MA) in a relevant field such as translation, linguistics, or international marketing.
* 5+ years of experience in software localization, QA testing, or linguistic QA.
* Experience with internationalization and localization standards and best practices.
* Experience in copywriting or editing in Spanish.
* Excellent communication skills.
