As a member of Noah Medical’s marketing team, you will take ownership in developing and executing on the commercial strategy for Noah Medical’s first robotic platform, the Galaxy System.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales, product management, clinical and other cross functional partners to deliver a comprehensive marketing plan and grow and expand the Galaxy System across the US market.
We are looking for a highly motivated, quality-oriented, mature marketing professional who is eager to take strategic ownership and lead a small but growing team.
The Director of Marketing Communications is responsible for leading the communications strategy and plan for Noah which includes product branding, thought leadership campaigns, trade shows, external corporate communications, and internal employee communications.
A Day In The Life Of Our Director of Marketing Communications Propose, develop, and expand Omni-Channel communication strategies for Noah Medical Formulate targeted digital marketing plans for customer segments to support awareness, education and adoption of Galaxy Develop and manage digital promotional strategy for HCPs Formulate pull through campaigns in digital channels: Website, social channels, PR and digital tools Manage trade show strategy and planning Drive creation and approvals of press releases; lead relationships with tech media/journalists Responsible for P&L of marketing communications budget Convert brand strategies into trackable plans through customer insights and analytics Develop targeted ROI measurement plans – set goals and meet KPIs Work cross-functionally with and manage agency partners Observe and predict digital and consumer marketing trends About You Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other life science major.
MBA is strongly preferred A minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical device industry is required, including 4 or more years in a supervisory role Experience working with physicians in an operating room environment.
Start-up and robotic experience preferred Ability to travel up to 30 - 40% of the time Experience in driving a new disruptive technology from launch to standard-of-care Experience and track record in developing and launching marketing initiatives in the healthcare space to drive business results Experience translating complex information to support value propositions and build commercial messaging Experience in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and sales organizations to drive campaign execution Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of marketing professionals Experience working with Interventional Pulmonologists and Thoracic Surgeons Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location.

Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.
