Job Description As the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, you will be a key leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the company's market position and brand equity.
This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong understanding of brand development and positioning, consumer behavior, and the ability to create impactful brand campaigns.
You will lead a dynamic team, collaborating across departments to ensure brand consistency and resonance across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy and Positioning: Develop and refine the overall external and internal brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market.
Brand Identity and Visual Communication: Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual and messaging identity.
Work with creative teams to ensure brand assets are aligned with brand standards.
Consumer Insights and Market Research: Utilize market research and consumer insights to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
Incorporate insights into brand strategies to drive differentiation and relevance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, and other departments to integrate brand strategies into overall business initiatives.
Ensure brand considerations are taken into account in product development and sales strategies.
Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing global brand marketing team.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Performance Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand marketing initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of extensive experience in brand marketing, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand development principles.
Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into effective marketing campaigns.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information The annual OTE range for this position is $233,100 — $378,800 USD.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
Bonus/equity may be available.
