The Office of Undergraduate Admission assembles a freshman class of 1,700 students and a transfer class of approximately 25-40 students each year.

The Office of Undergraduate Admission seeks a Senior Assistant Director of Admission who, under the supervision of the Assistant Dean of Admission for Marketing, Events and Yield, will administer, implement university and/or interpret department admission policies and procedures.
Your responsibilities include: Reading, evaluating and making first level recommendations on undergraduate applicants to consider for admission based on current university priorities.
Acting as project manager on medium to large sized projects/programs by establishing and executing project plans, timelines, tasks, and objectives.
Conducting informational sessions for internal and external communications (e.
g.
, prospective applicants, their parents and high school guidance counselors) on a variety of subjects (i.
e.
, student life, research, internships, athletics, admission), based on university priorities.
Managing assigned geographic territory(ies) by researching, compiling and analyzing various demographic data.
Create proposal for outreach and present findings to management with recommendations.
Further developing and strengthening relationships with secondary or university personnel, cultivating relationships with secondary or university personnel, professional organizations, students, parents and alumni.
Serving as a resource to other departments; representing unit/department at activities and events, meetings, committees and conferences.
Planning and executing marketing campaigns (print, digital, web and social) targeting high school students, parents and counselors.
Conducting analysis on effectiveness of marketing programs and making recommendations on marketing strategies.
May assist in the administration of a specific project and/or program.
May assist in mentoring other staff (e.
g.
, may supervise the work of other staff or student paraprofessionals).

Knowledge of Slate (preferred).
Knowledge of InDesign (a plus).
The expected pay range for this position is $77,000 to $97,000 per annum.
