*Compensation + Benefits:*
* Monthly guaranteed wage of $25/h for 40 hours per week, regardless of how many assignments you are given.
Weekly overtime above 40 hours will be paid at 1.

*About you:*
* You will be able to provide 3 references, at least 2 from childcare work (paid or unpaid)
* You have at least 1 year of experience with children ages 6 months – 12+ years
* You have relatable childcare experience and the desire to work one-on-one with children in their homes, putting safety and engagement above all else
* You have a reliable vehicle
* You’re already CPR certified or able to be so
* You are available Monday - Friday for 6 - 10 hour shifts between 7am and 7pm
