Job Responsibilities:
* Proficient in utilizing social media platforms for marketing purposes, including conducting live TikTok shops to engage with customers in real-time and effectively live streaming to drive sales on TikTok Shop.
* Support the new media team in executing social media strategies across various platforms.
* Assist in creating engaging content, including graphics, videos, and captions.
* Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages.
* Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content planning.
* Help track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with team members on brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and campaigns.
* Work directly with the CEO on various projects and initiatives to support company growth.
Job Requirements:
* Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
* Excellent written communication skills with a creative flair.
* Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
* Basic understanding of content creation tools and software.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
* Passion for beauty, fashion, and/or entrepreneurship is a plus.
