*Job responsibilities*
* Meet the sales target every month set by the company
* Contact, engage and sell to parents/students our classes and educational products through in-person communicatio, instant messaging, telesales and other communication tools.
It involves a deep understanding of the educational needs of students and discussing with parents on meeting those needs.
* Pursue sales opportunities and close deals effectively via offline events or roadshows, walk-ins and through follow-ups on online and offline leads.
* Handle enquiries on sales, quotations, and service enquiries promptly.
* Update all activities in Sales Reporting Tool in a timely manner.
* Provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word-of-mouth referrals.
* Work closely with the teaching department, the marketing department and the operations department to provide the best service to students as a team
* Attend any marketing events when required.
* Attend business visits and business talks to achieve business cooperation when required
* Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
*We would love for you to have:*
* Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
* Knowledge of the education industry will be an added advantage.
* Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in sales, and experience in telesales or telemarketing will be an added advantage.
* High energy, passionate and deeply empathetic towards the customer.
* Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
* Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
* *Able to commit a 3-weekdays and 2-weekend work schedule model or commit a 4-weekdays and 1-weekend work schedule model*
