The RevMed Summer Associate Program is an intensive seasonal opportunity that provides work within a fast-paced and challenging environment for 12 weeks over the summer.
Summer Associates contribute to business-critical projects, interacting and working side-by-side with members of the Revolution Medicines team, in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the VP, Commercial Development, this summer associate role will help with early stages of commercial development planning for the Revolution Medicines’ portfolio of KRAS programs.
Your role will present opportunities for strategic thinking and tactical execution, for example leading a market research project to better understand an indication or physician group.
You will explore omnichannel strategies with a specific focus on social media and online digital marketing for patients and healthcare providers.
You will participate in team meetings with the VP Commercial Development, Chief Business Officer and other Commercial experts, problem solving and helping get workstreams off the ground.

, medical affairs to deliver your initiative, and share your work with a team of senior leaders.
This position is located out of our headquarters in Redwood City, CA.
Travel as needed, with business expenses covered.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Current MBA student at a top-tier business school.
Flexible, self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience working to solve complex problems.
Team player and highly collaborative.
Strong quantitative and analytical skill.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience.
Excellent communication capabilities.
Demonstrated ability and experience in effectively interacting with executives and senior leaders.
4-6 years of work experience before graduate school in consulting, marketing, sales
Technical experience with digital marketing, social media and omnichannel campaigns preferred.
Prior work experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries is helpful.

The expected salary range for this role is $35 per hour.
An individual’s position within the range may be influenced by multiple factors, including skills and experience in role, overall performance, individual impact and contributions, tenure, and market dynamics.
