We’re looking for a full-time operations professional to join our team as the Director of Operations of The Hummingbird Project (Creative Program Director - Eldercare ), an organization within Sage Eldercare Solutions devoted to providing products and services that promote quality of life for older adults.
The Director of Operations (Creative Program Director - Eldercare ) is responsible for oversight of the full range of services provided by The Hummingbird Project, including establishing quality and operational standards for service provision, ensuring that the Activity Specialist team is fully staffed with qualified professionals who are committed to and capable of achieving the highest quality of service and upholding Sage Eldercare Solutions’ core values.
The Director of Operations also ensures that The Hummingbird Project meets established short- and long-term business and development goals, as well as supervising and evaluating Hummingbird Project Managers and consultants who are assisting with special projects.
Additionally, they are responsible for closely overseeing all Valued Community Relationship (VCR) referrals and clients to establish key community partnerships that support business growth.
Serving San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Marin, Sonoma, Sacramento, Contra Costa, Alameda, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Seattle Counties.

REQUIREMENTS
High energy individual and transformational leader with a passion for healthcare and solving complex operational and business issues
Masters degree required (clinical license or credential strongly preferred)
Experience in creative arts therapies, recreation therapy, or arts in health preferred
10 + years in proven/progressive experience in healthcare or business services firm
Understanding of referral-based marketing and business financial model based on staff utilization.
Previous P&L experience is required.
Exhibits high level of emotional intelligence, including the ability to lead self and others.
Ability to manage a team's use of software, through creating workflows.

Direct Service: Provides Therapeutic Activity Services to a limited number of clients.
