Employee Communications
Employee Communications is part of our Brand, Communications and Social Impact (BCI) team, which sits within Marketing.
BCI is central to communicating EA's strategic vision of our products through world class, multi-channel campaigns; and builds creative global engagement across all touchpoints - making sure our brand is awesome everywhere we show up, including with our own employees.
As an Employee Communications Manager, you will work with a variety of partners to develop employee communications for global audiences.
You will support employee communications initiatives and create original stories and edit and curate content that connects our employees to our business, culture, games and each other through creative ways that inspire and entertain.
You will report to the Global Head of Employee Communications.

As part of your responsibilities, you will:
Tell stories, curate, and edit content that will be shared across a variety of internal channels including our intranet, digital signage, newsletters, email, internal social channels, global engagement events and meetings.
Identify opportunities for sharing the right information at the right time with the right audience and own specific channels.
Create and implement communication plans for global initiatives including plan development, seeking input, establishing metrics, writing, execution, monitoring and reporting.
Support global communications and events through project management, writing, and tracking and assessing data and measurement.
Develop guides, tools, and templates to support self-serve communications for our partners.
Research employee communications best practices, industry and technology trends and deliver creative recommendations to evolve our communications approach.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in employee communications with experience developing and executing communication plans
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple styles of communications (digital, visual, written, including presentations)
Project management and planning expertise
Communicator who works well collaboratively and independently with a viewpoint on the employee experience
Global perspective and experience working in a complex, fast-paced corporate environment
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states.

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
