Market Research analyst/specialist

Job Description: Examples of Essential Functions: Gather and analyze market research data and share findings through reports and presentations.
Perform in-depth analysis of survey results in excel (using pivot tables, formulas etc.
).
Develop survey methodologies (e.
g.
, print, online, focus group) for system wide and targeted research needs.
Coordinate market research activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Write clear and concise materials related to market research with little or no supervision or editing.
Examples of Duties: Design and build print and online questionnaires.
Coordinate and launch online survey campaigns, monitoring results to achieve high response levels.
Extract meaningful and actionable insights from survey data in response to internal requests.
Develop materials to present and share survey results.
Develop and build projects run by internal team and external consultants.
Manage project costs to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Maintain survey topic database.
Perform all job duties and responsibilities in a safe manner to protect one's self, fellow employees and the public from injury or harm.
Promote safety awareness and follow safety procedures in an effort to reduce or eliminate accidents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a closely related field.
One to two years of market research experience.
Excel Preferred Requirements: Experience utilizing online survey tools.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
