Snowflake’s GTM recruitment team is actively seeking an experienced sourcer who has deep knowledge within the sales engineering and services space.
In this role you will report to the Senior Manager, GTM Recruitment and will be afforded the opportunity to take a consultative approach in advising and guiding hiring teams to identifying the best talent.
You will work directly with hiring managers with a clear path to career advancement.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:
Work with all GTM teams assisting with identifying diverse talent for all NOAM positions
Work closely with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements for our roles and their impact on the company and product as a whole
Develop and lead innovative search strategies for both active and passive talent
Serve as a subject matter authority on effective diversity talent pipeline building strategies, as well as engage diverse talent to augment our candidate pipeline
Act as a true business partner collaborating closely with recruitment and hiring managers to provide detailed mapping of the industry talent and trends
Support and help define and refine our diversity, equity and inclusion strategies
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
5+ years of experience in a sourcing role ideally with in-house and agency experience
Deep network and experience within the sales engineering and services space required
Exceptional sourcing skills with a deep knowledge within the data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence and cloud computing industries specifically for GTM skillsets
Expertise in Recruiter LinkedIn with a proven track record successfully
identifying and filling pipeline with qualified talent for hard to fill positions
Ability to work on a large number of positions across multiple organizations prioritizing diversity
GEM expertise a plus
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
The estimated base salary range for this role is $113,000 - $152,200.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
