General Description:
The Associate Director, Tislelizumab Promotions will be a key contributor to the launch of tislelizumab.
This position will lead the development of execution of the print promotional materials, including managing the agency of record and the associated budget.
The position requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Essential Functions of the job:
Develop a thorough command of the clinical data to create promotional messaging consistent with the approved label
Translate market research insights into action through messaging and materials
Lead the tactical development and implementation of the promotional brand plan, including support of the patient support services program
Align with Sales on needed sales tools, including pressure-testing proposed materials and messages with the field advisory team.
Align with Commercial leadership on goals and KPIs for launch
Lead the development of the POA meetings, working closely with Sales Training, Regulatory, Compliance, and Legal partners
Represent all print materials submitted to the internal promotional review committee, ensuring final materials meet business objectives while also meeting regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
Develop key HCP derivative resources to pull though messaging across stakeholders.
Manage agency to support commercial efforts and produce timely and impactful promotional materials
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields.
Qualifications Required:
BA/BS degree with 8 plus years of overall industry experience.
5 plus years of experience in marketing within the pharma or biotech industry, or equivalent experience within a promotional ad agency
Experience in oncology preferred

Salary Range: $152,400.
00 - $202,400.
